SymForm™ – Generates electronic forms that automatically update Episys

SymForm, Symitar’s electronic forms generation solution, allows credit unions to create and customize virtually unlimited electronic forms and support their specific and dynamic business requirements. This innovative system also automatically populates the Episys system with the information entered into the e-form fields. Drop-down menus and validation fields simplify information gathering and forms completion, and multiple Episys records can be simultaneously updated with the completion of a single electronic form field.  SymForm supports an intuitive form design process that accommodates simple and extremely sophisticated forms that can include edits, photos, combination boxes, and e-signatures. The electronic forms display on-screen exactly as they appear when printed.
